Our return policy lasts 21 days beginning only when our package is delivered to your address.
We will accept any returns for all undamaged items within 21 days to guarantee customer expectations and ensure the satisfaction of your purchases.

Lohkko is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Where do you ship from?
We ship out from fulfillment centers in the United States. If the item you've purchased is out of inventory in your nearest location we'll send it directly from our production lines at the same delivery times as stated in our shipping section.
